It is really simple to use. There is no control box to plug into the vacuum and an outlet. You simply charge it up prior to use and make sure to put the cover back into the plug inlet before turning it on and putting it into the pool. There's no cord in the pool to have to deal with. Once it is done, it parks itself close to the edge of the pool. The package comes with a hook to screw into your pole and you use this to pull the vacuum up and out of the pool. The large basket is easy to pull out of the machine and empty since the bottom opens up. It surprised me how much small debris was collected, as well as the many leaves. It was easy to hose out the basket and have it clean in a matter of minutes. Because of the large basket size, I will be able to use it right before pool closing when there are a lot of leaves in the pool. I usually have to manually vacuum since my other robot can't handle the volume of leaves in its smaller collection area.

The instructions are very spare. Luckily, the device isn't very complicated. You charge it fully, then turn it on and lower it into the pool. Apart from a few caveats, it just does its job.

This is a huge improvement over non-robotic pool vacuums I've used. I hope it lasts a good long time, because it's already saved me time and I plan to use it frequently to keep my pool floor and sides clean, reducing the chlorine demand in my pool.

It ran for over 3 hours; I wasn't there when it cozied up to the side as it was low on battery. You can see in the picture that it was able to lift all the visible small particles.

I think that's really all I have to say. This is what a robot like this is meant to do: clean while you're doing something else. And it did, indeed, do that reliably.

When it was done I rinsed out the filters, and that took under a minute.

To clean my inground pool 30x40. This pool vacuum cleaner does a great job navigating around the pool and up the walls. Huge time saver over using the vacuum, pole and long hose. Glad I bought it.

No assembly is required. Just press the button and you will see a new pool after a while. I cannot say enough about this product.
